Genesis 32:26  Then he said, "Let me go, for the day has broken."  But Jacob said, "I will not let you go unless you bless me."

Most biblical scholars agree that the man who wrestled Jacob was a manifestation of God (theophany).  In this wrestling match Jacob emerged the victor by clinging to God for a blessing.

I think this could be a good example - cling to God until you see the blessing, and you will emerge the victor.  For one thing if we cling to God looking for a blessing, we will have our eyes off the situation we are in, and on God.  That is always a good thing.  Try it the next time you feel like you are wrestling with God.
