Psalm 25:7 Remember not the sins of my youth or my
transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for the sake of
your goodness, O LORD!
I love this verse in the Bible because I
made some pretty stupid mistakes in my youth, and I don't desire that the Lord
should remember and dwell on them. Instead, I like the psalmist, would
prefer the Lord remember me in accordance with his steadfast love for me.
Not that I deserve it, but to show others the goodness of the Lord.
I am so thankful that His mercies are new
every morning!
