Ecclesiastes 12:13 The end of the matter, all has been hear.
"Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of
man."
Isn't it interesting how we try to
complicate things? The "Preacher" tells us after all his
searching - the bottom line is fear God and do what He says.
I am not saying it is an easy task, but I do
think we spend way too much time wondering what God's will for our lives is,
when He has repeated it over and over in His Word. He gives commands from
the heart of a loving father, and we, as his loving children, should obey.
There is not a whole lot of difference between this and how we expect our
children to obey their parents.
