Deuteronomy 27:18 "Cursed be anyone who misleads a
blind man on the road."
I personally think this is a wonderful
verse for preachers and evangelists to remember. When we are talking and
ministering to the blind (in faith), it is important that we tell them like it
is. Christianity is not a name it and claim it philosophy. It does
not mean all your problems will go away.
When we are eager to lead people to
Christ, we must be careful to not mislead them by misrepresenting Christ to
them. I have seen too many people fall away when the going gets tough,
because someone told them the walk of a Christian was a piece of cake with no
problems.
Think it over.
