Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still please men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ. (NKJV)
Isn't it easy to fall into the trap of pleasing men? Afterall, we live in this world with others. Our jobs require us to be supportive of authority. However, there is a difference if you have an overall tendancy to want to please men more than God. We know when it happens. It often is nothing more than peer pressure. There are examples of peer pressure throughout the Bible. It always turns out ugly.
Don't yield to men, when they are in opposition to God and His will.
